A talented Real Estate professional is sought to join a growing London-based valuations team. They are aiming to organically grow their valuation department in response to a sustained increase in demand. Their current client base is exceptionally diverse as such you will have the opportunity to conduct valuations on notable portfolios and prestige loan-security instructions for a broad range of clients. This opportunity would be suited to someone who is looking to strengthen their valuation skill-set and diversify their expertise. You will join the team as an Associate and as such you will be expected to provide a certain degree of leadership within the team. You will also be granted a great deal of autonomy to allow you to perform the core functions of the role to a high standard. Core functions of the role include: • Undertaking valuations in a professional and diligent manner, advising and liaising with clients and receiving and developing valuation instructions. • Building upon relationships with existing clients, winning repeat business. • Developing a strong working partnership with other team members and support the team's graduates through their APC. • Excellent report-writing skills, as you will be required to compose and compile clear and concise valuation reports. • Writing proposals and arranging fee agreements.
Who we're looking for
To be considered for this role you must: • Have had experience of direct client contact at a senior level. • Be MRICS with 4+ years PQE • Have strong core valuation skills. • Have excellent technical knowledge. • Be degree educated.

What's on offer
£50,000 - £55,000 base salary depending on experience, car allowance, pension, private healthcare.
