The key responsibilities of the Project Manager role include:

Leading and managing a work stream within the Retail Distribution Review (RDR) Project
Ensure that the client's project management methodology is utilised
Monitor and report on the work stream on a regular basis
Plan deliverables and milestones; drive content development and document business requirements
Ensure progress in time and budget
Mitigate risks and resolve or escalate issues which emerge
Manage project resources and interfaces where necessary
Manage stakeholders
Drive change management
Plan and execute project communication
The key responsibilities of the Business Analyst role includes:

Provide support for the RDR Programme Manager and Workstream Project Managers
Conduct data analysis for different workstreams
Assist with monitoring progress of workstreams (goals, deadlines) and track milestones and deliverables
Assist with project documentation
Assist with project reporting and status updates
Understand business problems and effectively communicate proposed solutions
Mitigate risks and resolve or escalate issues which emerge

Who we're looking for
As a minimum you will have worked in a similar project within Financial Services.
You will have lead either as a project manager or supported a similar RDR project as a business analyst.
You will have followed a Lean Sigma methodology
