Internal Communications Manager

This is a pivotal role in the organisation with a strong focus on internal communications, key responsibilities are:
• Develop the internal communications strategy
• Enhance employee engagement through focus groups and increased employee survey completion
• Stakeholder and senior management involvement for internal comms
• Manage media responses and co-ordinate with the PR team
• Communicate key employee messages
• Create monthly communication packs for internal communications ATL/BTL

Who we're looking for
The next communications manager will have a track record in communications with excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a background in event organisation and dealing with PR.

What's on offer
Basic salary up to £60,000 plus car allowance + benefits
