Within this National Sales Manager role you will have responsibility for growing market share through your team. The teamis mainly new business with two key account managers, high activity short sales cycle 'deal on the day' B2B service sell.

Who we're looking for
For this Sales Director role you must
-HAVE EXPERIENCE AS ALINE MANAGER IN A B2B SERVICE SELL ENVIRONMENT
- have managed a large field dispersed team.
- have a growth track record in motivating your people through pure new business, high activity, 'deal on the day' short sales cycles
- you will be a natural motivator, an energising personality and skilled at employee engagement
