As a Learning and Development Manager, you will provide internal consultancy to directorate managers, HR Business Partners and Learning and Development staff. You will assess learning issues and provide appropriate learning solutions. By managing the design and delivery of learning and development from inception to delivery, you will ensure that the most effective and cost efficient options are selected.

Who we're looking for
• Previous experience of managing an L&D team
• Professional and specialist knowledge to provide consultative support in L&D subject areas
• Solid understanding of a range of assessment and development tools and techniques
• Effective externally validated and accredited learning practices
