The IT Graduate will work closely withthe IT manager and be heavily involved in all projects undertaken within the IT department. You will also be involved in liaising with external hardware and software suppliers. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to make their first career move in the IT industry. You will be working in a very visible IT department and therefore the right candidate will be someone who is not shy of interacting with various different people and helping them out with IT issues. This will be a very varied role with involvement in different kind of projects. The company is currently updating their systems and therefore the selected candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to gain their first experience in an exciting environment.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following skills
- A keen interest in IT demonstrated through self learning activities
- A degree or qualification such as Diploma in IT is highly desirable
- Applicants with some experience in IT are welcome to apply
- A enthusiastic personality
- Ability to pick up new skills and be a fast learner
- Willingness to undertake a varied role without shying away from different types of tasks

About our client
My retail client has gone through some changes over the past few months and is now in a phase of growth as their business is doing well. To support their IT department, they have decided to recruit an additional team member in their busy IT function and be a part of the exciting projects they have lined up. This role will be based in Lancashire and therefore candidates must live within commuting distance.
