Overall purpose of job:

To produce work to a consistently high standard, as required by the firm.

Principal Accountabilities:

• To assist with the day to day duties of the Printing and Publishing Department.
• The production of high quality graphical and typographical work as required.
• Ensuring deadlines are met in the production of client reports.
• Liaising with other departments and publishing staff.
• Assisting in all areas of the printing and publishing function.

Who we're looking for
Skills and Experience required:

• Good knowledge and experience in working with Apple Mac and PC technology is essential.
• Must be proficient in the use of InDesign, Word, Freehand MX, Excel, Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator and Powerpoint.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and a good eye for layout and design.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Work well under pressure.
• Experience of working in Financial Services is preferable.
• Flexible attitude to work.
