The role of Senior Manager - VAT will focus on two main areas: providing advice on a wide range of subjects to existing clients of the firm (both direct to the client and to other professionals within the firm) and taking some responsibility for the marketing and sale of VAT services to non-clients. The role will be based in London but there may be a requirement to travel within the UK from time to time.

The successful candidate will possesssolid experience of VAT across sectors and a good understanding of VAT principles. Coupled with this you be able to demonstrategood client handling skillsand beable to explain and break downcomplex issues into a digestible format for nonVAT experts as the role dealsregularly with nonVAT partners and other technical staff.
You must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation for selling services to existing clients of the firm and to non-clients, including taking responsibility for marketing projects.

Who we're looking for
• CTA qualified
• Proven track record at Senior Manager level
• . The successful candidate is likely to have a general practice background and should have been involved in all areas of advice
• Knowledge of the property sector would be a distinct advantage
• Ability to demonstrate a track record of winning new business from existing clients and those new to the firm is important.
