Our client is a fast-growing leading independent Music Publisher. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the accuracy of the group's accounting records, and for compliance with all reporting and tax obligations. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to get involved in projects which add value to the finance function and to the business as a whole.

Key duties will include:
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Monthly reporting against budget, providing insightful analysis of business performance
• Tax compliance, including corporation tax, withholding tax, VAT and payroll taxes
• Implementation and maintenance of internal controls
• Managing the audit process for all group entities
• Ad hoc projects

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
• A qualified accountant (ACA) with a strong academic background
• Have post-qualification experience preferably in industry in a commercial role
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good time management and multi-tasking
• Great communication skills including ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong systems skills including Excel
