The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing a small team including a marketing executive and telesales person. He / she will be integral to the success and development of the company's marketing and sales activities. The Marketing Manager will have a good level of marketing skills combined with the ability to manage a team and drive sales performance. Responsibilities include;
• Implementing customer promotional support and activities as well as accumulating necessary information for sales presentations.
• day to day management of the team and ensuring all personnel are working effectively in their roles
• strategically planning and forecasting sales to assist with stock planning
• set costing and pricing strategies
• monitor profit margin for products to ensure all activities are mutually beneficial
• generation of sales and marketing reports and budget reporting
• ability to assess areas for improvement, demonstrating what steps need to be taken before new business can be gained

Who we're looking for
The Marketing Manager will have a good level of marketing skills combined with the ability to manage a team and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a good level of experience dealing with major national retailers. This role will suit someone who has worked as a Pharmaceutical sales representative and moved into a marketing role, or alternatively someone with good marketing background combined with the ability to drive sales. This is an excellent opportunity in an autonomous environment offering rapid career progression.
