In House Legal Counsel

You'll be responsible for providing general commercial legal support and advice to all areas of the business, which will involve you liaising with every level of the business and external customers. This is a broad commercial role that will cover all areas from commercial contract reviews, to risk management to litigation through to IP.
It is an opportunity to get proactively involved with the business and help make commercial decisions that will shape it's future direction.

Who we're looking for
All applicants must have either been trained in a top-tier firm or have strong in-house experience from a well recognised and reputable company.

The successful applicant will be extremely commercial with strong communication skills, be able to pick up new regulatory requirements in an ever-evolving environment and consistently produce a high quality work output. You will be comfortable with giving an opinion in a succinct and easily digestible manner.
Applicants should be 2 - 5 years PQE with common law knowledge and fully committed to a move to Gibraltar.

We require a lawyer who has gained the necessary experience for the position advertised. The PQE identified on this advertisement is a guide only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
