The role will involve managing a team of Solicitor and Paralegals within the Catastrophic Injury team who handle a portfolio of compensation claims. You will monitor work, look to improve systems and manage team performance. You will also monitor work flow.

Who we're looking for
You will be a Solicitor or FILEX who has a background in Personal Injury work and managing teams. You will be happy to network with clients after office hours and you will have previously worked on catastrophic claims.
