Working one of the most innovative and exciting FMCG brands the Field Sales Manager will inherit a team of highly skilled Territory Sales Managers & Merchandisers selling branded products into the independent garden centre market. There is huge potential to grow within this role you will also manage a multi-million pound P&L and manage key accounts directly. The head office for this business is in the East of the country however you will be home based and expected to travel regularly.

Who we're looking for
The Field Sales Manager needs to understand how to motivate and recruit a field sales team, an understanding of the garden centre industry would be fantastic however I would also be hear to keen from any sales managerial candidates from the FMCG sector.
