Managing a high turnover in a challenging but engaging environment, you will act as a brand ambassador within this prestigious business and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation with profit and loss accountability.
You will be driving sales and achieving targets through a focused approach alongside developing staff and delivering exceptional customer service. Working within a passionate and progressive culture, you will also be required to establish strong internal and external relationships with the ability to confidently converse at a senior level across all disciplines within the business.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a strong people manager who ideally has fashion jewellery experience or exposure with a similar luxury product. In leading by example, your responsibilities will include managing, coaching and developing a large team whilst also delivering the operation to be fully compliant to the company's set procedures. In doing so, you will ensure you are driving this international business to ongoing success.
