Windows 7 Migration Engineer

As a Windows 7 Migration Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting a Windows 7 migration end-to-end; from implementation through to post-implementation support.
You will also be involved in Application packaging, and delivery.

Who we're looking for
A Windows 7 Migration Engineer with;
• Good desktop technical knowledge, with significant experience in varied environments.

• Proven experience of supporting and configuring Windows XP and 7

• Experience of a managed desktop environment, including use of administrative, diagnostic and deployment tools.

o Group policy management configuration and troubleshooting.

o AppSense Environment Manager skills would be very useful.

o App-V sequencing and/or administration.

o Experience of Citrix/Terminal Services for desktop and application delivery.

• A methodical, analytical and disciplined approach to problem solving.

• A focus on providing good customer service.

• The ability to work positively in a pressurised environment and good time management ability.
