Reporting to the EU Marketing Director, EU Commercial Analytics Manager will be responsible for providing commercial insights by generating and analysing data available and by planning primary qualitative and quantitative market research if required. This also includes integration of secondary data and presenting insights to cross-functional teams.

- Analysing and understanding all commercial data available (ie: sales and secondary data) to create full therapeutic area insights.
- Contribution to development of integrated market research plan for the EU.
- Managing design and execution of primary qualitative and quantitative market research: defining the objectives and developing a market research approach, managing the market research agencies performing the study, analysing data, preparing presentations and communicating results.

Who we're looking for
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business and/or a science discipline. An MBA is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Significant experience in biotech/ pharmaceutical market research / business intelligence is required.
- Prior experience designing and executing a variety of market research studies and exposure to secondary data sources is required. CRM tool experience preferred.
- The candidate must have demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
- This position also requires a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects as well as manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

What's on offer
Salary CHF 160,000 to CHF 180,000 + Car + Bonus depending on experience
