The Head of E-Commerce Partnerships will develop external business as well as partnering internally to understand the commercial opportunities for e-commerce and deliver these successfully to grow e-commerce brand revenues and profitability. Experience of delivering innovative ecommerce product development solutions for clients in also a key area of responsibility.(London)

Who we're looking for
• Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy, ensuring that it fully exploits commercial opportunities internally and externally
• Maintains an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect market and brand opportunities
• Build commercially successful partnerships within the business
• Develop and implement the digital marketing plan to balance acquisition and retention to significantly increase new business whilst maximising the value of the existing customer base.
• Be the front face of the e-commerce business to ensure that customers experience a high quality experience, supported by appropriate functionality.
• Understand what the platform needs to deliver and work with Tech to ensure that product developments are built in to the roadmap
• Ensure that the look and feel of the e-commerce sites reflect brand values and supports the wider business and brands
