Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you will provide professional management to all functions of the business across 5 fast speed production lines. Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering against Health & Safety, Hygiene, Quality, Manufacturing Performance and Cost targets.
•Monitoring adherence to department policies and procedures and responsible for ensuring these policies and procedures are carried out in accordance with the site requirements.
• To accommodate and deliver excellent customer service and food safety and have the foresight to plan 0 - 3 months in advance.
• Creating an environment where individuals feel able to continually challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilising appropriate agreed production line KPI's as a basis for the development of performance improvement plans within the department and cascade these KPI's through the teams, ensuring that they are translated and used at all levels.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a track record as a Production Supervisor / Manager within a food manufacturing environment. Chilled experience is preferable but by no means essential.Strong communication skills are essential and a desire to progress longer term within a growing organisation.
