My client is a manufacturer of highly complex precision machined components supplying the aerospace industry, currently achieving rapid organic growth in every market they serve. Having already been through an impressive journey to implement world class standards of manufacturing, they are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to reinvigorate engagement to the journey across the business. You will be responsible for facilitating within the leadership community, working across operations, engineering, supply chain and support services, so although strong on the shop floor you must also have experience of business process improvement.

Who we're looking for
• You will be highly skilled in deploying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, with demonstrable experience of having gone through at least one lean transformation
• Ideally you will have an appreciation of both Lean (ideally TPS) and Six Sigma
• You will be a facilitator, empowering the different disciplines of the business to drive their own improvement activities and ultimately creating a fully integrated culture of Continuous Improvement

What's on offer
£38,000 - £40,000 plus package.
