Development and Resource Manager

To support Directors and Senior Managers in the development and delivery of their people plans to support the achievement of the organisational and change strategy using operational, analytical and strategic HR skills. You will research, recommend and implement an HR management information system whilst supporting and partnering the senior team in the development and delivery of a strategy, translating it into the people plan to improve business performance for their specific business area.

Who we're looking for
• Able to develop an effective HR strategy to ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but also be flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation.
• Ideally with previous HR management experience and CIPD qualified.
• Design and deliver complex change programmes to achieve business transformation in line with the organisational plan.
• Manage the proficient assessment of employee performance to plan current and future resource and talent levels and determine strengths, gaps and needs ensuring appropriate career development plans are developed and followed.
• Influence and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change in order to achieve business efficiency and people management.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making through maintaining an up to date knowledge of excellent HR practice.
• Someone who can act as a role model of the HR department by ensuring that a high level of morale and a positive attitude is demonstrated consistently
