There are 3 manager roles based within this area:
You will be required to lead a team of staff with expertise within Risk
Ensure the risk parameters used in decision making are appropriate, consistent & fit for purpose.
Identify, evaluate and implement portfolio and capital optimisation & risk mitigation opportunities.
support the identification and interpretation of credit risk regulation.

Who we're looking for
Background within Risk - preferably having looked at loan products
Retail banking background
Understanding of risk parameters related to loan products
