This is an exciting opportunityleading team specialising inpublic procurement and state aid. The firm is highly regarded for its work in the public sector and charities/social enterprises. You will deal with the full range of EU public procurement driven commercial projects which will cover many sectors including health, infrastructure and education. This role is a result of considerable new instructions. You will take part in client training as well as taking responsibility for the day to day management of matters and being the main point of contact for certain clients.

Who we're looking for
Acommercial procurement lawyer with experience in public procurement and state aid issues. Ideally you will have experience in advising on competitive dialogue, framework arrangements and concession arrangements. More broadly you will have public sector contracting experience of procuring service level agreements, grants and funding agreements. Ideally you will have some experience in dealing with procurement challenges including matters under the 2009 regulations. Experience of IT contracts and outsourcing contracts would be an advantage.
