The Assistant Manager, Digital MI & Content will be involved with: • Manage and develop content objectives which support the marketing plan, and broader strategy • Seek opportunities which will assist in the growth of visitor market share • Manage the change and governance process for online content • Undertake and initiate market research activities which provide key learning's into the online behaviour of the target audience • Oversee the regular reporting of online MI and competitor intelligence to marketing, content and business stakeholders • Provide recommendations and mentor marketing teams on best practices for producing high impact web content • Implement content enhancements which will improve quality and grow website traffic • Work with campaign management colleagues to ensure the digital channel is being optimised across all activity incl press, partnerships, events and publications • Ensure that all digital activity is tracked to demonstrate ROI • Lead digital campaign evaluations to support the development of new online activities and inform prospecting campaigns
Who we're looking for
The Assistant Manager, Digital MI & Content must posses the following: • Expert knowledge of WebTrends and Google Analytics • Previous experience of analysing campaign results, reporting and applying learnings • Experienced in using CMS tools (ideally Ektron or Automomy) • Knowledge of PPC/ SEO/ Social Media and other online marketing methods • Experience in creating and developing online content and copy essential • An understanding of the legal and compliance issues regarding marketing on the web • Experience of planning, managing and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns • Project/campaign management skills
