Senior Business Analyst

• The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively as part of a team to support the planning, organising, control and delivery of a range of small, medium and large sized projects within the Programme portfolio.
• Change Analysts (ML3) may also be responsible for delivering small change projects or delivering workstreams as part of a larger Change programme. This will include the development and deployment of Lean capability to drive improvement in service delivery and develop a customer driven culture across businesses
• They will ensure that projects/workstreams are delivered on time and that risks and issues are managed. Change Analysts (ML3) will ensure that project deliverables are capable of achieving benefits defined in the business case and collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure the business requirement is clearly defined and documented the support of the Change Manager.

Who we're looking for
• Proven track record of undertaking detailed analysis/problem resolution and use of analytical tools
• Knowledge of Change Management/ project management practices/methodologies
• Can demonstrate understanding of Project lifecycle planning
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Demonstrable track record in stakeholder management
• Commercial and Financial Awareness
