The main purpose of the role is to plan, deliver, monitor online and offline marketing campaigns to support the organisations major products and services. The key responsibilities include:

• Work with the Senior Marketing Communications Manager and colleagues to develop detailed campaign plans to fully meet marketing objectives.
• Ensure campaign activity is planned, monitored and reported on a weekly basis and MS Project plan is maintained.
• Ensure marketing activities are delivered in a timely fashion
• Produce marketing collateral using appropriate systems or software, including e-mail and DM
• Ensure data is available to meet individual campaign requirements ie: review available data, create segments, contact lists etc
• Deliver well written marketing collaterals.
• Draft online and offline copy, ensure copy is on brand with correct messages, structure and tone. Adhere to correct proofreading procedures.
• Work with subject team colleagues to agree the content of marketing communications and secure sign off
• Provide marcomms advice and guidance to colleagues in other departments on effective marketing
• Review competitor activity, including online and offline material, as well as other initiatives

Who we're looking for
• Experience in online and offline marketing
• Experience in project management
• Good copywriting skills
• Experience in external agencies
• Good Microsoft knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good customer skills
• Knowledge of print and design
