The post holder is responsible for producing and implementing an integrated marketing plan for specific products, projects or services in order to meet the strategic objectives of that product. The key responsibilities of this role are:
• Ensuring that the marketing plan benefits from the customer insight that has arisen from the strategy for the project.
• Develop a marketing plan based on the market strategy for the project, translating the strategy into tactics
• Use of existing customer analysis and insight from the strategy
• Put together a budget proposal
• Co-ordination of the implementation of the marketing plan, working across channels, co-ordinating with marketing, sales and support and directing lead managers
• Implementation of specific parts of the marketing plan, prioritising products, sectors and services, input into campaigns to grow market share by bundling product surround into customer propositions that meet market needs and differentiate our offering
• Monitor, review and report on the overall activity and results of the marketing programmes
Who we're looking for
• Experience of creating and developing a marketing plan
• Proven experience of project/campaign marketing
• Working across multi-divisional teams
• Experience of a customer focused mindset organisation, looking at specific products
• Experience in budget management, including creating a budget proposal
• Ability of influencing senior internal stakeholder, including senior management
• Strong communication skills
