My client is looking to recruit a strong HR administrator looking for a role that will give them exposure to HR Officer level tasks as well as offering a solid administrative support to the current Head of HR. The primary objective of the role is to provide high level support across training, role profiling, employee relations, absence management and recruitment to increase the level of proactive HR activity within the business. This role will suit someone with a solid HR foundationlooking to gain more exposure and step up into the Officer level role.

Who we're looking for
Excellent organisation and administration skills
Previous experience working ina Human Resources function
Ideally studying towards a formal qualification in HR
Experience of working in a manufacturing or blue collar environment
