Our Not For Profit client is urgently requires a proven Business Analyst to join their new transformation team. The organisation is commercially focused and is investing in people, process and system transformation. In order to diver efficiencies and maximise the quality of service to internal and external stakeholders.

As Business Analyst, you will be critical in the implementation of a major new software. You will be responsible for analysing the potential benefits with regional process owners, gain agreement with challenging stakeholders and track and deliver the sustainable benefits. This is a nationwide role and you must be confident in your ability engage with disparate stakeholders in high pressure environments.

Who we're looking for
To be considered for the role of Business Analyst, you must be able to demonstrate:
• Successful track record as a Business Analyst gained across a variety of sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement- from front line staff to Board members
• Desire and ability to work unsupported in a a national role (driving licence and own car is essential)
• Experience of working in complex £MM technology led transformation projects
• System analysis and design experience (UML, RAD, OO, DSDM, SSADM)
• Good understanding of infrastructure and system architecture
