- Collecting and organizing the business requirements for e-commerce projects: project objectives, business targets, measurement's methodology, metrics, KPI; - Collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the e-commerce business including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies; - Bringing support to local markets in planning online promotional investments to develop direct business through e-commerce platform and processes; - Building online campaign results measurement tracking tools; - Managing a team of analyst to effectively develop e-commerce solutions.
Who we're looking for
- University degree in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering or equivalent - Proven experience in similar positions in renowned e-commerce companies - Proven successful track record managing complex, cross-functional technology projects - Team builder and team player attitude - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Proactive and customer-focused approach - Highly organized with attention to detail. Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Outstanding oral and written communication skills - Languages: Fluent in English, Italian, French or German are strongly appreciated.
