Assistant Site Manager & Team Managers

The roles will be based across various sites within West/South Yorkshire.

Who we're looking for
Enthusiastic, energetic, ambitious, determined and results driven individuals. We are looking for candidates who are positive in their approach, confident in their decision making and are engaging and impactful with their teams. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate they have the ambition to succeed in a hands-on operational role with a market leading FMCG Company.

If you're answering yes to some, or all, of the above and following criteria we would welcome a speedy application:-

• Flexible in terms of shift patterns and weekend working (some shifts are fixed Friday - Monday Days and Afters)
• Successfully managed a team within a warehousing/distribution/manufacturing operation with a 'hands-on' leadership style
• Customer Serviced, Cost Focussed with a positive attitude to Health and Safety
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• A team player and strong communicator
