As the Interim Reward Manager you will be responsible for implementing the Benefit & Incentive strategy for business along with leading the commercial management of all 3rd party suppliers. You will also lead and deliver a number of strategic Reward projects in conjunction with the Reward Manager and Head of Reward. Other accountabilities will include;
• Engaging with key stakeholders to deliver and review incentive programmes against incentive calendar
• Deliver an engaging comms strategy to support incentive activity
• Account Management of Third Party providers (including Fleet Management and Employee Healthcare schemes)
• Manage operational processes working with Benefits & Incentives Advisor
• Ensure streamlined and efficient processes are followed and provide key trends and investigate opportunities for improving Loyalty process.

Who we're looking for
As an experienced Reward professional or Generalist HR Manager who has taken ownership of Reward initiatives you will have the following experience and attributes;
• Understanding of Fleet Management and Healthcare operations.
• Broad understanding of Reward frameworks and best practice
• Generalist HR knowledge gained in a diverse organisation.
• Applied knowledge of employee engagement programmes.
• Advanced influencing and persuading skills.
• Project management experience.
• Commercial 3rd party relationship management.
