The roles will require leading teams of colleagues in multiple departments within the existing warehouses in the North East. TheShift Managerwill involve interaction with the teams in relation to personal achievements and progression within the team and company, be accountable for recruitment, training and overall performance management.
The role will require working with and alongside other managers across the management level and working together to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and site in order to promote efficiency and continuous improvement.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for candidates who show a willingness to get involved and who have a strong passion with their work to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to the Shift Managerroles, along with the ability to man manage and coordinate every member or the team and provide a connected environment.
Identification of talent in the existing teams and the ability to recognise people's needs and requirements within employment in order to work to their potential and progress through the candidate is highly important to this role.
A proven track record in people management is needed however no background in FMCG is necessarily needed.
