Working with a Global Client group you will be responsible for driving the development of the strategy and translating it into the people plan to improve business performance. You will also act as strategic partner in driving business transformation across your client group and lead for talent management, succession planning and communication and engagement.

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a HR professional who has a strong academic background and can demonstrate a progressive career history within blue chip organisations. You will be a strong stakeholder manager, with excellent communication skills and commercial understand. They are looking for a true business partner who can demonstrate previously leading on significant change projects and the impact to the business.
