Provide senior stakeholders withinthe organisationwith financial support and challenge understandingsof commercial performance whilst deliveringbusiness performance related KPI analysis.

Ensure appropriate and robust controls of financial information and associated KPIs.
Support and challenge the performance ofbusiness KPI metrics through the combination of financial analysis and commercial knowledge. Facilitate discussion and decision outcomes through the management of key stakeholder meetings and the provision of concise, well presented decision support KPI analysis.
Develop processes to ensure "best-in-class" KPI and associated reporting and decision frameworks, consistent with overall framework. Develop thecurrent KPI metrics and commentary to align to operational drivers and provide insightful explanations of current performance as well as identifying mitigating operational actions as appropriate.

Who we're looking for
• Qualified Accountant or equivalent by relevant experience
• Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. Treasury), with evidence of providing high quality KPI reporting.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders within financial and commercial roles to consider key financial requirements of the business.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to deal with complex transactions / commercial issues.
• Strong process orientation, with an ability to design and deliver robust reporting frameworks.
