This is an end-to-end generalist role which will include the following:
Strategy setting in line with business objectives
Recruitment of all partners and employees, including graduate 'trainee' recruitment
Talent and career management
Reward strategy and salary review
Supporting the appraisal/performance management process
Training and development
Employment and personnel administration, including payroll and benefits
Policy and procedure setting and the practical application of these across the business

Who we're looking for
Excellent exposure at the senior generalist level, preferably within a law firm
HR qualification essential
Ability to build strong client relationships and adjust your approach to different client groups
Able to handle sensitive situations and information confidentially and discreetly
