This is a great chance to work for one of the worlds largest FMCG companies in a collaborative role with one of the UK's largest retailers.
1. Lead day to day operational planning processes between us and our client.
Output / end result
• Aligned volume & phasing plans between ourselves and our customerorders placed in line with agreed plan
Key responsibilities & activities
• Produce daily/weekly analysis of stores sales out , store & DC stock levels , promotional phasing plans , expected order quantities
• End to end Event planning across all their promotional periods & stunt activity
• Promotion stock builds to be agreed , phased & communicated
• Promotion exits planned to manage service , stock levels etc
Deliver key operational performance metrics
Output / end result
• Achieve our Inbound service performance targets >98.5%
• AchieveTheir DCto Store service performance targets >97.5%
• Achieve Their in store on shelf availability targets via GAPS analysis
• Achieve Their DC Inventory targets <0.6wk
Key responsibilities & activities
• Ensure Their Haulier performance meets agreed FGP costs & performance targets
• Work closely with Their Supply team & Their systems to review & influence change across end to end supply chain
• Regularly review service performance levels , problem solving as appropriate
• Store by store availability management
• Spot trends in underperforming SKUs / stores etc & highlight for action
• Lead internal Supply conf calls & communications re Supply issues eg with BSC & Inventory deployment teams as required
