• Working with Partners and Directors to maximise client and business development
• Working on all major bids and tenders internally, supporting Partners/Directors externally
• Writing and project managing all bids and tenders and confident in managing the bid/no bid process
• Pulling together proposals library and creating templates for future use and branding purposes
• Developing and managing proposals database
• Conducting client tender briefs and debriefs ensuring clear feedback for future improvement to tender process

Who we're looking for
• Proven tender and copy writing skills
• Proven ability to pull together templates and historic tenders and compile a tender library
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills, ability to work with Partners, Directors and clients internally and externally
• Ability to work effectively to deadlines and project manage a tender from initial brief through to final de-brief
• Has worked within a law firm in a bids / tenders / BDM team supporting and managing similar process
• Proven ability to work with all levels in a BDM team up to Senior Partner and Director level
