Interim Brand Manager

Temp ⁄ Up to £170 a day (£42,000 pro rata)

The purpose of the role is to manage and develop the organisation's brand to support its vision. You will be responsible for looking at the widespread engagement, whilst looking at the compliance of the new brand guidelines. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working along side the Project Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:

• Plan and manage initial implementation and rollout of a new brand identity across the organisation including delivery of supplier training and internal staff engagement.
• Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation as well as external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure brand identity implementation activity supports their brand objectives.
• Provide strategic direction for product development and new business activity to ensure that developments support the organisation's brand architecture framework and principles.
• Act as lead provider of advice and guidance in relation to branding and sub branding decisions based on agreed brand architecture framework and principle
• Make recommendations for the development of the brand to respond to external factors and meet strategic objectives.
• Working closely with internal and external suppliers, develop, maintain and promote up to date brand assets and guidelines, ensuring easy access for all employees and appointed agency suppliers.
• Provide ongoing day to day expert advice and guidance on application of brand identity across all formats.

Who we're looking for
• Through knowledge and understanding of both corporate and product brand development and brand management
• Proven experience of delivering / implementing a corporate brand management experience from conceptual development through to staff engagement, implementation planning and rollout, and day to day management.
• Ability to promote and embed an engaging and meaningful application of brand identity internally and externally and act as brand ambassador to ensure that the importance of brand is understood across the organisation.
• Ability to produce and deliver presentations to facilitate internal staff engagement
• Corporate and product brand management for medium/large (500+) company
• Good and strong communicator with the ability to maintain constructive links with other teams and work collaboratively to deliver targets.
