HSE Analyst

The successful HSE Analyst will be based in the Aberdeen office. You will report into the Performance and Learning Team Leader. The key duties of this role requires timely and accurate processing and management of HSE related data. As well as the drafting of regular performance and analyses reports, data summaries and technical support for other ongoing work programmes. You must be able to provide detailed data reports to identify trends and inform decision making. The following attributes are key to this role:

• Continual analysis of HSE Data producing evidence to support findings twice a year.
• Providing ad-hoc analysis from emerging trends.
• Providing meaningful analysis to support interventions.
• Compiling weekly, monthly and annual HSSE reports for SPU and Assets.
• Management of HSSE data, data analysis, trend identification, supporting interpretation and presentation of HSSE data and statistics.
• Advise and coach personnel on aspects of HSSE reporting, including IT systems and web reporting.

Who we're looking for
The successful HSE Analyst will be based in their Aberdeen office. The HSE Analyst must come from a Health and Safety background with the relevant qualifications. The successful individual should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven ability to apply systems thinking and continuous improvement concepts.
