The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for themanagement, development and delivery of a range of Insurance products and propositions (including Add-ons) as well as continued management of the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline and specific product development initiatives, in line with agreed business objectives and regulatory responsibilities

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
• Previous product development experience (ideally within financial services)
• Management, coaching and development skills to ensure that the team members achieve budgeted financial, operational and business objectives
• Proven track record in the delivery of new product propositions and product development
• Strong leadership skills and experience of managing cross-functional teams to deliver results
• High level of influencing, negotiating and communication skills to develop interfaces with otherbusiness units and departments
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret MI from a wide range of sources-
