The Store Manager/ watch specialist, will be responsible for running the Store in London, liaising with head office on performance of sales and product sell through.The Brand is recognised internationally for its professionalism both with customers and employees.
The Store Manager will be Expected to be:
• Driving sales on the shop floor
• Setting up training/ coaching work shops for the staff
• Setting up Mystery shop plans
• Assisting customers, delivering exceptional customer service
• You will be reporting directly into the Area manager and/or Regional Manager

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a Store Manager with watch and time piece specialist knowledge.

In leading by example, your responsibilities will include managing, coaching and developing a large team whilst also delivering the operation to be fully compliant to the company's set procedures. In doing so, you will ensure you are driving this international business to ongoing success.
