Resourcing Systems Delivery Manager

Working with the Resourcing Business Partners and the Resourcing delivery teams this role will deliver change and process improvement projects forthe Applicant Tracking System, Taleo, whilst managing its day to day functionality. Key areas will include:

• Managing Taleo and its connectivity to the SAP HR system.
• Ensure the end user and candidate have a world class and seem less online experience<BR>• Work with Taleo to deliver continuous process improvements and utilise the system to its full potential
• Work closely with the SAP HR team to sure the systems work cohesively
• Work with other 3rd parties to deliver an efficient and comprehensive advertising solution within Taleo
• Work in tandem with the system implementation and resolution team.
• Guide the Resourcing Reporting Analyst, their workload and ensure delivery of timely objectives
• Lead change projects in both Taleo and the operating processes
• Continue to monitor and develop Taleo to ensuring best functionality for the business

Who we're looking for
My client is seeking an experienced HR Systems Lead with a proven track record of working with and managing applicant tracking systems projects; preferablythis will be with Taleo.
