In this role as a Change Project Manager, you will be part of a team reporting to the Programme Director responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of major business transformation projects. This role requires an ambitious, accomplished Change Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering business change to support the realisation of the commercial and cultural objectives of the business.

Who we're looking for
To succeed in this role you will have the following:
• A proven track record of successfully delivering business change projects within insurance to agreed quality, time and cost objectives
• The ability to identify cross-project dependencies, risks and issues and ensure all relevant parties and aware of these to ensure full delivery of all aspects of the project
• Strong understanding of general project management processes and tools and a Prince 2 qualification or equivalent
• The ability to effectively influence and negotiate
• Strong stakeholder engagement, written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience of producing business cases and project definition for agreed change requirements
• Strong teamwork and project leadership skills
