These market leadersare looking for a talented, focused, charismatic individual who has a proven track record in development team management, executing successful software production strategies. You will have strong problem solving and organisational skills and the expertise to take ownership of the development release cycle using modern, versatile, accountable development methodologies.
The successful candidate will work closely with the software architect to ensure our product suite migrates to use the latest technologies whilst ensuring delivery of on-going customer requirements.
You will be responsible for a talented team who boast a wide range of skills in developing and testing Windows-based desktop and web applications.
Who we're looking for
A strong background in software development and motivational man-management is essential.
You will have expertise in planning, documenting and prioritising of development activities and testing to deliver robust and on-time software deliveries.
You will have strong problem solving and organisational skills and the expertise to take ownership of the development release cycle using modern, versatile, accountable development methodologies.
