As Engineering Manager you will be responsible managing maintenance strategy, personnel, and site engineering projects. Being a strong leader you will be able to define site maintenance strategy and create and develop an effective PPM strategy. You will then lead and improve the maintenance staff to perform towards an operational excellence standard. You will be a strong improvement leader and capable of using RCA to identify improvements and implement appropriate action. You will provide significant training and development where necessary to up skill and multi-skill your team. Working closely with project teams you will be capable of delivering against budget and on time. The Engineering Managerwill then hold ultimate responsibility for Engineering on site and provide and excellent service to the Operation.

Who we're looking for
Degree Qualified or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
Strong knowledge of the food or drinks industry specifically chilled
Having led and influenced and effective TPM and improvement initiative
Managed site engineering projects previously
