The Marketing Communications Manager will provide marketing support to the company UK contributions channel. The role is focused predominantly on employee marketing campaigns aimed at increasing member take up and increasing their contribution rates. The role sits in a wider marketing team and so will provide opportunities to get involved in marketing aimed at contributions corporate clients. Key accountabilities; • Line management • Providing employee marketing & communication campaigns as part of the implementation process for new clients. • Design and implement member marketing & communication strategies for new Business • Provide communication consultancy • Construct marketing & communication strategies • Presenting to the clients' employees and members • Product development and project work; Leading project teams and working within project teams to develop new marketing & projects • Producing and delivering content using a variety of media including; print, electronic; face 2 face; internet • Producing generic documentation as part of the maintenance of the existing product and the development of new products
Who we're looking for
The Marketing Communications Manager will have marketing experience specificallywith Defined Contributions products. Key requirements; o Good commercial understanding of the value of marketing & communication campaigns o Able to manage member communications projects, meeting targets in terms of day-to-day work-flows and new projects, using internal and external resources as necessary o Understanding of what makes campaigns effective and how to use marketing & communication campaigns to meet commercial objectives o Able to present information competently and comfortably, externally in front of clients and their employees, and internally at all levels within the company o Ability to use a variety of media to implement communication strategies o Able to demonstrate knowledge of pensions o Consistently reliable, methodical, adaptable, resourceful, enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated and commercially-minded
