The Premises Manager will oversee all day to day FM activity taking place at this College. This will involve co-ordinating a team of 10 including caretakers and cleaners, as well as being responsible for all specialist external contractors whilst on site. Key in this role will be the effective communication with the client ensuring customer satisfaction.

Who we're looking for
In order to be considered for this role, we are looking for somebody who has:
- A strong understanding of hard FM delivery, ideally with a relevant M&E qualification.
- A great client facing manner and a track record in excellent customer service.
-Demonstrate an understanding of FM delivery within a school environment and ideally be able to demonstrate a previous track record of this.
