A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented HR Manager in a fast paced, consumer manufacturing business. The primary objective of the role is to support continued and sustainable growth by diversifying both product ranges and customer base. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the MD and will be pivotal in driving change. The ideal candidate will come from a strong generalist background with solid employee relations, succession planning and talent strategy; you will be a driver of change and will promote cultural initiatives. Candidates MUST have manufacturing experience and ideally worked in businesses that are consumer led and therefore supplied to major supermarket chains.

Who we're looking for
CIPD Qualified
Extensive generalist experience- operational and strategic
Depth of commercial understanding and examples of commercial projects on CV
Manufacturing experience, ideally consumer based
Strong communicator and driver of change

What's on offer
