Exciting opportunities have arisen for an experienced Duty Manager and a number of Transport Supervisors to join the fast paced, forward thinking, market leading Retail Distribution team at Next. The roles will be based across various Depots within West/South Yorkshire and also Warrington.
Who we're looking for
Enthusiastic, energetic, ambitious and determined individuals. We are looking for candidates who are positive in their approach, confident in their decision making and are engaging and impactful with their teams. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate they have the ambition to succeed in a hands-on transport and distribution focussed role with a market leading FMCG Company.
If you're answering yes to some, or all, of the above and following criteria we would welcome a speedy application:-
• Flexible in terms of shift patterns and weekend working
• Successfully managed a team within a transport/distribution operation with a 'hands-on' leadership style
• Customer Serviced, Cost Focussed with a positive attitude to Health and Safety
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• A team player and strong communicator
• Good knowledge of road transport regulations and legislation
• Experience of managing transport activities across multiple sites and depots
• CPC or working towards this qualification (specifically Duty Manager Role)
