As a member of the Reward Governance Team you will support the Global Compensation and Benefits Director in the development, implementation and on-going management of the remuneration and benefits strategy.
• Preparing remuneration committee papers and associated work.
• Supporting the managing of the Remco timetable and associated work streams including the production and despatch of packs.
• Helping to ensure appropriate governance over the remuneration of executive directors (including market pay benchmarking), Group Executive Committee members and roles whose remuneration is approved by Remco.
• Support on the remuneration report and associated disclosures in the annual Report.
• Support on the briefing materials for press, shareholder and other external stakeholder queries on the remuneration report and other remuneration disclosures.
• Support on significant remuneration and benefits projects as and when required.
Who we're looking for
• Performance driven and results orientated. • Accurate and timely work - attention to detail. • Strong analytical and/or financial skills. • Problem solving skills - ability to think outside the box. • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure. • Business focused, customer aware, collaborative team worker, committed to developing self, exercises good judgement, adaptable to responding to changing business priorities & responsibilities. • Collaborative, teamwork, interpersonal & communication skills. • Experience in remuneration and benefits (in particular executive compensation) within a leading consultancy firm or corporate head office. • Experience of delivering Board Committee quality work, and document management. • Experience in the preparation and use of market data. • Experience in managing in complexity and uncertainty. • Experience in using IT packages such as Excel, Access and SAP. • Preferably experience of financial services.
